Your first 1-2 hour consultation with me is free. If we decide to go forward I charge a sliding sclae rate per month that includes a 1-2 hour meeting twice a week, in person or via Skype, where we go over the goals we have set for conscious lifestyle change and evaluate progress made. During these meetings we can also do a variety of activites like visualization and meditative techniques, stretching and toning exercises, hypnosis and positive affirmations, food and household item shopping list creation, food preparation and living environment design and organization. Also included in the monthly rate is daily email support if necessary and materials for study and self examination.
